Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join an outpatient healthcare team in New Jersey. The role involves evaluating and treating patients through individualized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and quality of life.

You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, develop treatment plans, deliver PT interventions, and educate patients and caregivers on home programs. Compliance with HIPAA and state regulations is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a New Jersey PT license.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient PT experience.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver physical therapy interventions and adjust care based on progress.
