Job summary

Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in New Haven, CT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans to improve residents’ strength, mobility, and independence.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in CT.
