Job summary

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License required.
• New grads and experienced therapists welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with individualized rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopaedic care.
• Maintain communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and timely to support collaborative care across disciplines.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic operations.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes.
