Job summary

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in National City, CA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with a flexible schedule to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and document care in the EMR, working on-site at 2240 E Plaza Blvd, Hillcrest.

Starting salary ranges from $84,000 to $95,000 with a monthly productivity bonus. We offer a sign-on bonus, vacation, holidays, a clinical residency program, mentorship, 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
• Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
• Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up
• Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

Requirements/Qualifications:

• California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist
