Job summary

Jaffee Sports Medicine in Southwest Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to restore function and reduce pain.

Work with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team across Naples and Cape Coral locations, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while advancing your professional growth through ongoing education and collaboration.

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s in PT from an accredited program.
• Current, active Florida Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification.
• Outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based PT interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, decompression and traction.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge planning in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated care.
