Job summary

Nightingale at Monticello is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time role within a skilled nursing and rehab setting. You will provide high-quality PT services to residents, conducting evaluations and delivering targeted interventions to improve mobility and independence.

The ideal candidate holds an active AR PT license, has experience in geriatric care, and demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Arkansas.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehab setting.
• Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Document progress, outcomes, and care plans according to state and facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident goals and discharge planning.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility, safety, and restorative techniques.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Contribute to a positive, encouraging therapy environment.
