Job summary

Team Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist to join a therapist-owned family of outpatient clinics across Michigan and beyond. You’ll evaluate and treat patients, build a caseload you’re passionate about, and collaborate with a supportive team.

We offer a $78k–$90k salary with monthly bonus potential, mentorship, in-house CEUs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. A Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy and licensure are required.

Responsibilities

What Your Day Looks Like

• Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
• Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.
• Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.
• Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
