Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Indiana's Kokomo area seeks a Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned family of outpatient clinics. The position offers $78,000–$90,000 per year plus monthly bonus potential, with a 13-week mentorship, free in-house CEUs, and residency support to advance your clinical goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.

• Maintain a reasonable caseload (about 1.5 patients per hour) prioritizing patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
