Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hours weekly

Compensation: $86,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that progress appropriately.
• Provide thorough education to patients and caregivers in an understandable manner and plan for discharge when medical necessity ends.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and communicate effectively with all rehabilitation team members.
• Facilitate professional growth, development and overall improvement of departmental performance.
• Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline‑specific therapy services, and design of program delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; entry‑level/New Grad acceptable.
