Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Ensure all treatments are delivered according to an established plan of care.
• Provide personalized, evidence-based care and effective interventions to patients with diverse needs.
• Offer cost-effective treatments to improve clients’ motion and mobility.
• Provide clinical support, instruct patients, families, and caregivers, and consult with other health professionals.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Complete required documentation in accordance with company policies and regulations.
