OrthoArizona, a large, physician-owned orthopedic practice in the Phoenix Valley, seeks a Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic and sports medicine team.

You will work alongside physicians and other clinicians to help patients recover from injury, return to sport, and resume daily activities in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona.
• Orthopedics and sports medicine rehabilitation focus.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and excellent patient outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to continue learning and growing professionally.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to coordinate patient care.
• Help patients return to work, sport, and daily activities.

Compensation: $85,000–$150,000

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on meaningful functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate patient care.
• Help patients return to work, sport, and everyday activities.
• Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship, continuing education, and collaboration with experienced colleagues.
