Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our McPherson, Kansas team. You will evaluate patients, design individualized care plans, and provide hands-on, evidence-based treatment focused on achieving meaningful outcomes in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

The role offers up to $25,000 in student loan repayment, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and structured mentorship with pathways for career development and ongoing education through EIM
