Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Wichita clinics in Kansas. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment, and monitor progress toward meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
