Job summary

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a skilled nursing facility in Massachusetts. The role involves assessing patient abilities and creating personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.

You will collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed. SNF setting experience and MA licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Active MA Physical Therapist license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to work effectively in an SNF setting.
• Strong communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skills.
