Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our SNF team across two sites in Mankato, Minnesota. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) delivering therapy services to a diverse patient population.

You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and function, collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals. New graduates are welcome; SNF experience is preferred.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a team at SNF facility in Mankato, Minnesota. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, providing therapy services to patients at our two sites in Mankato.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages and conditions. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing hands‑on therapy to help patients achieve their goals.

Previous experience in a SNF setting is preferred, but we welcome new graduates to apply.
