Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy in Lufkin, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-home pediatric therapy team. This PRN | Part-Time role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to work directly with children in their homes, starting at $70 per visit.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based pediatric PT, develop individualized plans, and support families for carryover at home.

Qualifications

• Pediatric physical therapy experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
• Experience or willingness to provide in-home therapy.
• Able to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric PT services in the home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
