Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-home pediatric therapy team in the Houston, TX area. This PRN/part-time role offers flexible scheduling options and the opportunity to help children improve strength, mobility, coordination, and independence in their own homes.

You will work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team, provide evidence-based pediatric PT services, and develop individualized treatment plans while educating families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health environment.
• Travel to patient homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services in the home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate.
