The Aquatic Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized aquatic therapy programs for patients in an on-site clinical setting in Louisville, KY. This role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, designing treatment plans that utilize water-based interventions, and monitoring patient progress to achieve functional, mobility, and pain management goals. The Aquatic Physical Therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, documents all services in accordance with regulatory and company standards, and educates patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety in and out of the pool.
