CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Digital Health Specialist who participates in a hybrid schedule, performing physical therapy in-clinic three days a week and remotely two days per week. The DHS supports virtual care, remote monitoring, and the digital health program, liaising with in-clinic clinicians.
Must hold PT licensure in a compact state (or be in process) and be willing to obtain licensure in other states. Experience with telehealth is preferred to deliver high-quality care.

This is a hybrid position working 3 days in person at our CORA clinic and two days working remotely as a Digital Health Specialist. The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. The DHS participates in the development of the digital health program and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week, 5 days/week). Must be licensed in any compact state. Must also be willing to obtain licensure in other states.
