About The Role

Physical Therapists are responsible for supporting patient care and clinic success by:

• Synthesizing information from patient referrals, medical records, imaging, intake forms, and subjective history taking.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction via functional movement, posture, gait analysis, internal pelvic floor examinations, and objective measurements.
• Using critical thinking to develop individualized plans of care that include patient goals and expected outcomes.
• Utilizing evidence‑based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, biofeedback, and modalities to achieve patient goals.
• Evaluating and documenting patient progress, using outcomes to drive results and modifying the plan of care as needed.
• Educating patients on the recovery process and how to cope with challenges.
• Following up with patients to ensure adherence to the plan of care.
• Connecting with providers and local organizations to increase awareness of therapies and ensure patients receive care.
• Providing clinical instruction to at least one student rotation per year after the first year of treatment in your specialty area.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Salary Information

80,000 - 120,000 USD per year (West Hollywood)
