Description

Physical Therapist at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is per diem and will work 8‑hour day shifts.

The role includes planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients based on physical therapy principles and practices. The therapist will demonstrate proficiency in delivering care to various age‑specific patient populations (infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics), participate in related continuing education, and function as an interdisciplinary team member. Assistance to coworkers, patients, and visitors as needed is also part of the responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• California Physical Therapist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
• California Fire and Life Safety Card – National Organization within 30 days of hire
• Work experience in a physical disabilities setting
• Experience working with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist
