Job summary

Optimum Performance Center LLC is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Los Angeles. The PT will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with providers to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in California.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine functional limitations and appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, mobility, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient documentation.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and discharge documentation in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists, PTAs, rehab aides, and other members of the clinical team.
• Provide appropriate supervision and direction to PTAs and rehab aides when applicable.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused treatment environment.
• Follow clinic policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate with management regarding patient care and clinic operations.

Job Description OverviewOptimum Performance Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and work collaboratively with our providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.

We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, reliable, and genuinely enjoys working with patients. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with opportunities for professional growth and performance-based bonuses as our practice continues to expand.

Duties & Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Professional, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Excellent patient care and bedside manner
• Organized, efficient, and able to manage a patient caseload effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Starting Salary: $85,000 annually for full-time

Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonus opportunities, with potential total compensation of $100,000+ based on performance and productivity.
