Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. You will work in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans that support our patients' recovery and well-being.

Objectives
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on, patient-centered physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
- Document progress notes and comply with clinic protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with chiropractors, medical doctors, acupuncturists, Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC), and massage therapists for integrated care.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Record and submit records and Medical Necessity Reports when required.
- Track and monitor KPIs.
- Perform thorough physical exams and functional assessments.
- Develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
- Design and monitor therapeutic exercise programs.
- Apply non-pharmacological pain management approaches.
- Guide recovery from orthopedic, sports, and neurologic injuries.
- Proficiency with modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, cold/heat therapy, etc.
- Accurate and timely charting using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients about their conditions and self-care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Manage caseload efficiently, maintaining on-time appointments.
- Be culturally sensitive to diverse patient populations.
- Comply with California PT Board regulations and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Adjust to various patient needs and evolving protocols.
Education and Experience
- Active California Physical Therapist License (required).
- New graduates welcome.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or integrative care preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with EMR systems preferred.
- BLS/CPR certification (required or obtainable upon hire).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the workday.
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity for hands-on techniques and operating tools.
- Sufficient visual and auditory acuity.
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
- Sustained physical activity in a fast-paced setting.
- Occasional reaching and stretching.
