AgeRight Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver person-centered care to seniors at Pacific Palms Healthcare. You will use data-driven plans to tailor therapy and improve outcomes within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy education program.
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.
• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred.

Minimum Qualifications
