Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist licensed in Michigan.
• Willingness to travel to Wayne, Macomb and Oakland counties.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Home health PT experience preferred.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist who is able to travel to Wayne,Macomb, or Oakland counties to provide high-quality care to our patients.

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes across Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland counties.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland counties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with home health physical therapy preferred.
