Job summary

Northwest Physical Therapy, Inc. in Ohio is seeking an energetic Outpatient Physical Therapist to partner with patients on their journey to restore motion and achieve their personal best.

You will provide individualized 1:1 care across orthopedics, spine and neuro cases, develop tailored care plans, document progress, and motivate clients to function at their best. No weekends, no holidays; full-time benefits start at 30 hours, with advancement opportunities and a supportive, team-oriented

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs.
• Individualized 1:1 patient care.
• Caseload includes orthopedics, spine related rehabilitation, and neuro cases.
• Implement effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility.
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally.
• Document patient care services.
