Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Lewiston, ID team. We offer a capitalized sign-on bonus up to $10K and strong mentorship within a care model designed for high quality outcomes and sustainable careers.

We support clinicians with innovative tools, including AI clinical documentation, and a clear development pathway. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 plus incentives, with comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.
