Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide individualized therapy in a 60-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting. Join a collaborative team focused on restoring mobility, independence and quality of life for residents.

Required is an accredited PT degree and NJ license; strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills are essential. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive benefits and ongoing education

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Ability to document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled PT treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
• Monitor progress, modify plans as appropriate, document all evaluations and outcomes.
• Communicate progress and recommendations with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary committees as appropriate.
• Maintain professional standards and protect resident rights and confidentiality.
• Engage in continuing education to maintain clinical competency.

Daily Pay!

$38/hr - $60/hr (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for Licensed Physical Therapist:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and resident goals.

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.

• Monitor resident progress, modify treatment plans as appropriate, and accurately document all evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.

• Communicate resident progress, needs, and recommendations with residents, families, physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Participate in care planning meetings, facility committees, and community education initiatives as appropriate.

• Maintain professional standards of practice while protecting resident rights and confidentiality.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain clinical competency and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications for Licensed Physical Therapist:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required.

• Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey required.

• Evidence of a current satisfactory physical examination and/or freedom from communicable diseases as required by state regulations.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
