Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, movement quality, patient goals, function, and clinical presentation.
• Deliver hands‑on, patient‑centered care focused on strength, mobility, balance, pain reduction, performance, and long‑term function.
• Progress patients safely through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, therapeutic activity, and functional training.
• Educate patients about their condition, treatment plan, home exercise program, recovery timeline, and long‑term wellness.
• Document patient evaluations, daily visits, progress notes and discharge summaries accurately and on time.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, referring providers, support staff and clinic leadership.
• Collaborate with clinic team members to support patient outcomes and clinic flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized and professional treatment environment.
• Support clinic growth through strong patient relationships, quality outcomes and a positive patient experience.
• Take ownership of your patient caseload while contributing to a team‑centered clinic culture.
• Participate in clinical development, team communication and process improvement as needed.
