  • Administer physical therapy screening, evaluation, and treatment to participants, ensuring personalized care aligned with their needs and goals in the clinic and the participants' homes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each participant.
  • Document participant progress accurately and comprehensively, utilizing state-of-the-art technology for seamless record-keeping.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by obtaining CEUs in accordance with state requirements.


Qualifications
  • Graduate degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapy Program
