Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. (Sunny Days) specializes in Early Intervention and Autism services for children from birth to three years old. With over 25 years in pediatric Early Intervention, we are a nationwide provider.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental screening/assessments, provide Physical Therapy services, and consult with families and professionals
• Follow IFSP and develop strategies to meet each child's developmental goals
• Coach families on intervention strategies for home and community settings
• Provide services in various settings such as homes and daycare centers
• Ensure progress generalization and active caregiver participation
• Prepare progress reports
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and regulations

Requirements

• New Jersey Physical Therapy (PT) license
• Early Intervention or equivalent pediatric experience
• Home-based service delivery experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with technology
• Available after 3PM and on Sundays
