FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lake City, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility needs, developing individualized plans of care and progressing patient goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and strategies to support continued progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians and the clinical team.
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout care.

Position Summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lake City, FL is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility-related conditions while developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
