Beacon Health System in Indiana is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This role emphasizes individualized, evidence-based care, patient outcomes, and work-life balance within a compassionate setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and educate families on home programs while ensuring precise documentation. A license in Indiana and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Indiana Physical Therapist license or license eligibility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness, and other conditions affecting mobility and function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
