Job summary

ACCESS PT Kent is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our high-performing outpatient team in Connecticut. You will assess patients, diagnose movement limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

With a focus on evidence-based, patient-centered care, you will have access to mentorship, funded continuing education through Evidence In Motion, and a supportive community.

Qualifications

• License as Physical Therapist in CT in good standing.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history.
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives . Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
