Job summary

Better Health Physical Therapy is seeking a collaborative clinician to provide 1:1 rehabilitative care in a growing outpatient clinic focused on orthopedic and pelvic health. The role emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and empowering patients through education.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with current or pending Maryland licensure and 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience; dry needling is a plus, and ongoing CE for professional development is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate from an accredited PT program.
• Current or pending Maryland state licensure.
• 3+ years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Dry needling is a plus.
• Open discussion on CE for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 rehabilitative care in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a team of orthopedic and pelvic floor therapists and a personal trainer.
• Engage in in-clinic mentorship for professional growth.
• Support patient education to empower self-management.
