Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Keller, TX is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for our outpatient team. This full-time position supports growth as we move to a new, larger space and emphasizes high-quality care and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will hold current state licensure (PT/OT/SLP as applicable) and BLS certification, with at least three years in rehab and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist is required.
• BLS (or completion within 90 days) is required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

Keller is growing and looking to hire a motivated physical therapist to join our team of 4 sports minded PTs. This is a growth position as we expand our influence in the Keller community while transitioning to a new, larger space! The ideal candidate is obsessed with elevating outcomes, executing care at the highest level, and building community relationships.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required)
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
• A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
