The ideal candidate will hold current state licensure (PT/OT/SLP as applicable) and BLS certification, with at least three years in rehab and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist is required.
• BLS (or completion within 90 days) is required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 4 sports-minded PTs in a growing outpatient program.
• Contribute to elevating patient outcomes and care delivery in Keller, TX.
• Build community relationships and support expansion into a larger space.
