Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide compassionate inpatient care. You will deliver direct therapy, assess patients, and create personalized rehabilitation plans that address physical needs as well as mental and emotional well-being.

Ideal candidates hold current licensure or certification, CPR certification, and a Master’s degree is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience is acceptable.
