SynapseTBI is a neurodiagnostic and rehabilitation company specializing in TBI, mTBI, and Post-Concussion Syndrome, delivering ACOEM-validated diagnostic and treatment protocols.

We’re hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home neurologic and functional evaluations and treatment for brain injury patients. This role is ideal for PTs seeking flexible, independent, patient-focused work outside a traditional clinic.
