Job summary

The role is hospital-based with 8:00am to 4:30pm shifts (Days) and weekend/holiday rotation. Licensing and BCLS are required to begin. The position emphasizes early mobility and safe transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy and active license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire.
• Experience in inpatient hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care (POC).
• Provide direct patient care, including mobility, gait, transfer, and balance training.
• Deliver a 1:1 therapy session focused on functional outcomes and safe discharge.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence while supporting safe transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Current state Physical Therapy license.
