Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home PT services in Joplin, MO and surrounding areas. Enjoy a $10,000 sign-on bonus, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and the support of AI tools to streamline charting and balance workload.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT assigned services to patients in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Participates in communication and case conferences to promote continuity and quality of care.
• Exhibits sound judgment and technical skills to perform treatments per agency protocols.
• Maintains compliance with Agency Code of Ethics and state/federal regulations.
• Demonstrates compliance with agency standards, policies, and payer requirements.
• Practices safety and infection control measures.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• Demonstrates ongoing compliance with agency standards, policies, procedures, state and Federal regulations, state practice acts for licenses personnel, payer requirements
• Practices safety, environmental, and/or infection control measures
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements
