Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care and lead assessments. You will develop personalized care plans, address patient concerns, and collaborate with a care team to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery goals.

Ideal candidates hold current licensure and CPR certification; a Master’s degree is preferred, though a Bachelor’s with relevant experience is acceptable.
