Flagship Therapy in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. We offer full-time and PRN roles, focused on geriatric rehabilitation and comprehensive patient care within an in-house team.

The ideal candidate holds a Physical Therapist license and is open to all experience levels, including new grads, to deliver evidence-based care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions per standards.
• Perform regular standing/walking and occasional lifting/transferring of patients and equipment.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries complying with regulatory and clinical requirements.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST – FULL TIME and PRN – ISSAQUAH, WA

Our expanding network of in-house therapy Ensign-affiliate operated healthcare facilities is growing, and we are scouting for excellent therapists to join us in ISSAQUAH, WA. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking dedicated Full Time and PRN Physical Therapists for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• The role involves regular standing and walking throughout the facility and occasional lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment. Physical demands vary throughout the day based on patient care needs.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
