Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking skilled in-home physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient care in patients' homes, following each patient’s full plan of care.

Set your own schedule; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a short drive, with per-visit pay and fast direct deposits through the Luna app. This role supports geriatrics, home health, and neurology cases.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
