Job description

Achieve Physical Therapy is expanding our team in Hudson, MA! This clinic is a state-of-the-art, shared space with a renowned group of orthopedic surgeons. We’re looking to add a full-time Physical Therapist who is committed to clinical excellence and has a strong desire to grow their leadership skills with us.

Our expertise is in outpatient physical therapy, with an emphasis in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and pain diagnoses.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based outpatient therapy in a 40-minute, one-on-one setting.
• Manage a consistent caseload of a minimum of 51 patients per week with autonomy and integrity.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and design goal-driven treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Build genuine, lasting therapeutic relationships that empower patients and improve outcomes.
• Thrive in a collaborative, PT-led environment where your clinical judgment is respected.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with patients, referring providers, and teammates.

What Sets You Apart

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain).
