Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Houston-area team for in-home pediatric care. You will help children improve strength, mobility, coordination, and independence in familiar environments.

We offer flexible scheduling (PRN/Part-Time), collaborative interdisciplinary support, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth, with compensation starting at $70 per visit and travel stipends for eligible cases.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy services in the home setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Educate and collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration when appropriate.
