Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric in-home team serving Houston and surrounding areas. This PRN/Part-Time role offers flexible scheduling and a starting pay of $70 per session.

You will work with children to build independence, confidence, and essential life skills in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll design evidence-based plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory integration,

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome!).
• Playful, patient and resourceful attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation and play.
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.
