Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and therapists to develop and execute treatment plans for each patient.
• Perform initial patient evaluations as well as re-evaluations to monitor progress.
• Document all treatments and note any changes in patient status.
• Tailor treatments to individual patients as needed, using creative approaches when appropriate.
• Seek new learning opportunities and serve as a resource for colleagues.
• Consistently provide the best care possible to every patient.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy License in the State of Arkansas.
• Completion of a 6-month internship as part of a Master’s program or a 1-year internship as part of a DPT program. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• CPR Certification is required.

Overview

As a Physical Therapist at CHI St Vincent, now part of CommonSpirit Health, you’ll help patients rebuild or maintain their physical well-being after illness, injury, or aging issues. Using various treatments, you will help reduce pain, build strength and endurance, increase range of motion, and improve balance to support their daily functioning.
