About the Facility

Pacific Care and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility with long‑term care, post‑acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services. Located in Hoquiam, WA, the facility spans 3,000 square feet with a gym, new therapy equipment, excellent ADL space, therapist offices, and room for growth.
