Qualifications

Position Title: Physical Therapist (Inpatient and Outpatient)FLSA Status: ExemptDepartment: TherapyReports To: Manager of Therapy, Director of TherapyPOSITION SUMMARY:As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will help to ensure that REHAB patients and their families receive caring and dedicated service at REHAB. You will provide support for the Therapy Department and assist with a variety of services with a commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive and innovative inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. These services include interpreting physician’s orders, performing evaluations and assessments; designing and implementing plans of care; maintaining treatment and progress reports; drafting and/or presenting oral or written reports of patient’s status; collaborating with team members toward reaching patient’s goals.Wage Range: $83,208.32/year to $124,812.48/year.The actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position.
